Cardio Kickboxing one of the most exciting and innovative exercise programs of this generation.

A high-intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat! Cardio Kickboxing is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating. It's the non-contact kickboxing workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and weight training..

  Cardio kickboxing is a complete body workout that will make you lean , tone, strong,  build fantastic endurance which keeps the cardio vascular system healthy, loose weight and reducing your stress level.

YOU CAN DO IT!
You do not need to be in good shape to start training. Many students haven't exercised in years, or are very overweight. You can work at your own pace, and as your cardio-vascular system improves, you can pick up speed. For those students that have been exercising regularly, we assure you that this program will drive you to work harder than traditional workouts.

IMPROVED TONING AND FLEXIBILITY
Your body cannot help but improve with regular training in Cardio Kickboxing. You'll see tighter buns, flatter stomachs, toned legs, and greatly strengthened upper bodies. Our workouts aren't only aerobic. We do our share of anaerobic exercises and weight training which will improve the entire condition of your entire body..

LEARN HOW TO DEFEND YOURSELF WHILE EXERCISING!
Every movement that you make in our Cardio Kickboxing program can potentially lead to saving your life. You will learn valuable self-defense techniques and instruction in each class. You'll have fun as you learn how to jab, kick, punch and block your way to safety. If you are interested in deepening your knowledge of self-defense, you may transfer your Cardio-Aero Kickboxing membership to a Tae Kwon Do membership at a very low cost. If you chose to do this, your kickboxing lessons are free!

A major source of mental and physical illnesses is stress. Whether we're anxious about our jobs, families, finances, or something as simple as traffic congestion in Michigan, we need an outlet. Let the kicking bags absorb your anxieties, and see how much better you feel on your drive home.

 

Classes are on:  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Class times are: 6:30 to 7:30 on each night.
